Villa Vigerie is a beautiful villa located in the peaceful area of Les Issambres, only about 25 kilometers from Saint Tropez. This exclusive 4-bedroom villa offers panoramic views from a luxury swimming pool and terrace. The villa is only 1 kilometer away from the beach and various water sports. The house accommodates a total of 8 guests.
On the ground floor of the two-story villa are two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room and a direct access to the garden and pool area. On the first floor there is a large living room and a dining area with an access to a balcony. From the villa you can enjoy the sunrise with a morning coffee before taking a dip in the pool. On the first floor there is also the master bedroom, two bathrooms with showers and one tower room with a private balcony. There is a small gym in the garage.
The villa offers privacy with a gated property and olive trees covering the area. Outside by the pool you can enjoy the sun beds, an outside shower and relax in the lounge area. In the harbor of Les Issambre and St Maxime you take the Green boat to amazing St Tropez to avoid the traffic jam during high season. You can spend a day strolling through Saint Tropez, another in exploring Saint Maxime and yet another in Saint Aygulf. St Maxime very cozy small town with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches. The airport of Nice is about 80 kilometers from the property. There are also golf courts and vineyards near the villa. Closest train station is in St. Raphel.
