There is also a spa area with a shower and a sauna. The heating for the sauna must be requested in advance. Upstairs there is a shared terrace with a lake view.
The fully-fenced property has a well-kept garden and a swimming pool with a lake view. There is parking space for three cars. Outside you can relax by the pool on the sun beds, cook meals on the charcoal grill, rest in the shade in the pergola and spend time with your loved ones in the bar area. There is also an outdoor hot tub available when requested in advance.
The closest restaurant is three kilometers from the villa, when a supermarket around seven km. The closest beach in Viareggio is 15 kilometers away. The airport of Pisa is only 18 kilometers from the villa. There are multiple beaches in Versilia, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi offers also elegant boutiques. With the car you can easily reach different cities and attractions. The Lake Massaciuccoli offers the opportunity to take a short boat trip to the Gran Teatro Puccini.
