Villa Caia

Villa Caia is a high quality villa with a seaview, located in Duce, only a couple kilometers from the Mediterranean town of Omiš. The fully-air conditioned villa has a private swimming pool and a spacious terrace from where to take in the view and the beauty of the place. The five bedroom villa accommodates 10 guests. It is suitable for families, friends and couples. On the ground floor of the three-story villa there is a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining room. The space is connected to the swimming pool area with sliding glass doors. There is also a separate toilet and an utility room. The first floor offers a media room with a sofa that converts into a sofa bed for two, a TV, a Playstation4 and a balcony with sea views. There are three bedrooms on this floor, all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of them has also a terrace with a view to the sea and the pool. The second floor offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor there is a spacious balcony with a Whirlpool hot tub, four sun beds, a covered lounge corner and spectacular sea views. Outdoors the fully-fenced property offers the swimming pool area with four sun beds, a covered lounge corner, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with a traditional barbeque with a direct entrance to the kitchen. There are two places for cars in the garage and two outdoor parking places. The airport of Split is 40 kilometers from the villa. Split as a city is the perfect destination for a day trip. With a half an hour drive from the villa you can see the historical attractions and other thing the famous city has to offer. Other places to visit on a day trip could be the Cetina river, island Brač and of course the nearest city of Omiš. The nearest minimarket, restaurants and the beach are less than 100 meters from the villa. A supermarket is only a kilometer away.
