Villa Daniela is a beautiful three-bedroom villa located in the village of Medici, only 10 minutes drive from the city of Omiš. The beautifully furnished villa is only 80 meters from a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear sea. You can enjoy the sea view by the private swimming pool on the property. The fully air-conditioned house accommodates from six to eight guests and it is suitable for friends, families or couples.
On the ground floor of the three-story villa there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a wooden dining table for eight, living room area with sofas and a direct approach towards outdoors. There is also a finnish sauna room with a shower, a separate toilet, a treadmill and some pilates equipment and glass doors to the pool. Lastly on the ground floor there is an in-house wine cellar where you can buy some wines. The first floor offers two double bedrooms each with a terrace with amazing sea views and en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. There is also an utility room with laundry amenities. The third double bedroom is on the second floor. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a terrace with spectacular sea views. On the second floor the media room has a huge sofa that can convert into a sofa bed for two. The media room has also a flat-screen TV, a Playstation5, Netflix, HBO, a house bar/dining table with a kitchenette. Lastly on the second floor there is also a terrace with a hot tub, 2 sun beds, a lounge corner and a view of the sea and islands.
Outdoors you can spend the day by the pool, laying on the sun beds, cook meals on the barbeque and enjoy meals together in the outdoor dining area. There is a garage for two cars and additional parking space if needed.
For day trips there are multiple cities and destinations for you. The city of Omiš and the river Cetina offer numerous attractions and activities. You can also take a boat tour to the island of Brač, drive to Split to visit the old town (40 min drive), or reach the famous tourist town of Brela to enjoy its many restaurants and beautiful beaches. Other places with a 1-3 h drive to are Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls and Plitvice Lakes. The nearest services such as grocery stores, restaurants and the beach are all less than a kilometer from the villa. The nearest airport of Split is about 50 km from the house.
