Villa Naija

Villa Naija is a modern and charming villa located in the quiet village of Naklice, only seven kilometers from the town of Omiš and the sea. The villa is luxuriously furnished and it offers fabulous views of the amazing mountain surroundings. The fully air-conditioned villa with three bedrooms accommodates six guests and it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The villa is suitable for families and friend groups and it has a private pool for the guests. On the ground floor of the two-story villa there is a stylish living area with a direct exit to the yard, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities and a dining area with a table for six. Three steps up takes you to the first bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities. The first floor offers two more bedrooms. One of them has a king-size bed and a balcony with a view to the pool. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be put together as a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two sinks and a balcony with pool views. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool with a bench to sit and enjoy the hydromassage, a spacious area with sun beds for six and two umbrellas and an outdoor shower, a covered lounge corner where you can relax and a playground and a trampoline for children. Behind the pool there is also an area with artificial grass with some equipment for yoga. For cooking and eating there is a covered outdoor dining area with a dining table and a barbeque grill. With a drive of less than 10 min you get to the sand and pebble beach in Omiš, restaurants, a supermarket, the river Cetina and historical attractions. You can also just enjoy the quiet surroundings that the small village of Naklice offers. The area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. The nearest restaurant is 400 meters from the villa and the nearest minimarket 3 km. The airport of Split is about 40 kilometers from the property.
