Villa Mali

Beautiful Villa Mali is a modern and truly unique building with an excellent location on the seafront of the town of Dugi Rat. The villa is fully air-conditioned and guarantees comfort with its modern interior and first-class equipment. With addition to the wonderful sea view, the villa is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool. The villa can accommodate twelve people, so it is perfect for families or a group of friends. Pets are also welcome. The Villa has four separate buildings, two of which are intended for guest accommodation and the other two serve as internal staircases. All four buildings are connected by romantic bridges, from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea or enjoy the beautiful sunset. The first building has a bedroom with a en-suite bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. At the top of the building there is a terrace with a sunbathing area. The second building consists of a ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a small side kitchen where you can easily access refreshments. On the first floor, there is a large living room with an attached well-equipped kitchen, as well as, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have double-beds, and mosquito nets. The villa’s 200m2 outdoor area has a furnished outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a lovely day with friends, and a 30m2 sized swimming pool. There is also a private parking place. Within just a short walking distance of the villa, you can find the Mali Rat beach, several restaurants, and a local grocery store. The charming picturesque town of Omis is located 6,5 kilometers from the villa.
