Villa Kyrian

The wonderful countryside Villa Kyrian is located in a peaceful region near the village of Kyrianna and 13 km from the lively city of Rethymnon. The views from the villa are incredible of its 4000 square meter plot that has 12 different gardens. Most of the gardens are at the guests disposal, via an agreement with the owner. The villa has eight cozy bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests, so is excellently suitable for a larger group. Villa Kyrian’s high-quality equipment includes e.g. two swimming pools, a spa section, a gym, an outdoor yoga area and two jacuzzis. Villa Kyrian has two buildings. In the first two-story building, there are six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two jacuzzis, a sauna, a comfortable living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and several furnished balconies, from which you can admire the beautiful garden views. The building also has a fully equipped gym with a shower room and two toilets, and a massage room with a toilet and a shower. In the second building you can find a luxurious living room, a dining room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is completely air-conditioned. Outside there is a cozy furnished lounge, dining area, a grill, sun loungers, and two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). There is also a ping-pong table in the yard, an electric power charge for electric vehicles, and an outdoor yoga area on the lawn. Nearby you can find a local grocery store and restaurants, and a short drive away are several beaches and nearby bigger cities.
