Villa Johanna

The modern and classic Villa Johanna is built around a beautiful courtyard, which is framed by glass walls on three sides. The property has a picture-perfect panoramic view of the garden and the sea. The villa has modern art and carefully selected design objects from de Podova, Denise Milano, Flos, Kartell, Vitra, and Davide Gropp. The villa is located on the edge of the village of Skrip on a two-hectare private plot on the island of Brac, Croatia. There are six bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests. In the same Resort, you can also book another villa, Lucia, for ten people. The two-story Villa Johanna has a dining area that also serves as a conference room, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a media room/library with its own fireplace, a huge Eat-in Chef Kitchen with a dining area, a Sous Chef kitchen that connects to the main kitchen, and an summer kitchen outdoors. Villa Johanna also has a cloak powder room, a sauna, a massage and meditation pavilion, a wine and olive oil cellar, and a well-equipped private gym with access to the grass yard, for example for outdoor yoga or exercises. The villa has three 52-59 m2 sized suites that accommodate two guests each, and three double bedrooms with a French balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The first suite has a large terrace, a walk-in closet, a sea and garden view, an en-suite bathroom, and a King-sized bed that can be split into two separate beds. The second suite has a small terrace with its own lawn area, an en-suite bathroom, a King-sized bed and a garden view with a distant sea view. The master suite has a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, two balconies (one of which has an outdoor rain shower), a fireplace, panoramic views of the sea and the garden, and a King-sized bed that can be split into two separate beds. Outside the villa, there is a large furnished terrace with an outdoor cinema and a comfortable lounge area. The cinema has a four-meter screen, a 4k projector and a sound system. In front of the terrace is a large heated infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, a five-person outdoor jacuzzi, a dining set and a hanging sofa. A water polo net, kickboards, children's swim vests, and a fence for the pool are available for the guests. Outside there is also a toilet with a shower, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, a parking space for six vehicles, and a garage that can accommodate four vehicles. Watermelons, root vegetables, various salads and herbs, zucchini, tomatoes, kale and onions grow in the vegetable garden. Both villas have access to a garden, a lavender field, a badminton and croquet area, and a goat barn. The villas are located on the edge of Skrip village, one and a half kilometers from the coast. In the village of Skrip, you can find a small grocery store, an outdoor cafe, a children's playground, an olive oil museum, and the Brac museum with Roman artifacts. At night, you can admire a wonderful view from the villas, where the city lights of Split and the mountains behind glitter in the distance. Within a short drive are the cities of Split, Pucisca and Postira, several beaches, local bars and clubs, and Brac's diverse cycling routes.
