The modern and classic beautiful Villa Lucia has wonderful panoramic views of the sea. The villa has beautiful designer furniture and colorful modern art by internationally known Croatian artists. The villa is located on the edge of the village of Skrip on a two-hectare private plot on the island of Brac, Croatia. There are five bedrooms and the villa can accommodate ten guests. Another villa Johanna for 12 people can also be booked in the area of the same Resort.
Villa Lucia has a dining room that also serves as a meeting room, a spacious living room, a media room/library, an open kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. Villa Lucia also has a sauna, a yoga area, a wine and olive oil cellar, and a well-equipped private gym.
The villa has three double 36-58 m2 suites and two double bedrooms with a French balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The two suites have their own terrace with a wonderful sea view, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a King-sized bed that can be divided into two separate beds. The master suite has two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and shower, a cozy living room, a terrace with a beautiful garden view, and a King-sized bed.
Outside the villa, there is a large furnished terrace, a heated infinity pool surrounded by sunloungers and umbrellas, an outdoor jacuzzi for six people, a dining set and a hanging sofa. A water polo net, kickboards, children's swimsuits and a fence for the pool are available for the guests. Outside there is also a toilet with a shower, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, a parking space for four vehicles and a garage for four vehicles. Watermelons, root vegetables, various salads and herbs, zucchini, tomatoes, kale, and onions grow in the vegetable garden.
Both villas have access to a garden, a lavender field, a badminton and croquet area, and a goat barn. The villas are located on the edge of Skrip village, one and a half kilometers from the coast. In the village of Skrip, you can find a small grocery store, an outdoor cafe, a children's playground, an olive oil museum, and the Brac museum with Roman artifacts. At night, you can admire a wonderful view from the villas, where the city lights of Split and the mountains behind glitter in the distance. Within a short drive are the cities of Split, Pucisca and Postira, several beaches, local bars and clubs, and Brac's diverse cycling routes.
