The ground floor has a stylish living room with a TV, PlayStation 5 console, fireplace and direct access to the outdoor dining area and swimming pool. This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bedroom with its own bathroom. The bedroom has a direct connection to the outdoor dining area. On the first floor there are three stylish double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and stunning sea views. One bedroom has its own furnished balcony. There is also a utility room on the first floor, which is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing equipment. All bedrooms in the villa have their own TV. Outside the villa is a large comfortable terrace area with a beautiful sea view. The terrace area is surrounded by olive trees and has a dining area for eight people, a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower, and a large heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a guarded parking place for three cars on the private lot. Villa Ollie is located a short drive away from the famous city of Split, full of historical sights, restaurants and markets. Diocletian's Palace is definitely worth seeing when visiting Split center. The town of Omiš is only 15 kilometers away and offers many different activities, such as rafting, ziplining, and kayaking. The nearby town of Podstrana also offers numerous hiking and biking trails, hobby opportunities, and historical sights.
