Villa Zara is located in a quiet area in the village of Stanić, just a few steps away from a pebble beach. The villa has an incredible sea view and is very well equipped with for example a private swimming pool and a gym. The pleasantly furnished villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate ten guests, so it is ideal for families or a larger group of friends.
On the ground floor of the two-story villa, there is a spacious well-equipped open kitchen-living room with a sea view, direct connection to the pool area, TV, PlayStation 5 console and a dining area for ten people. On this floor there is also a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a gym, a soccer table, and a comfortable double bedroom with its own TV.
On the second floor there are four spacious double bedrooms, all of which have an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also have direct access to a balcony with wonderful sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside the villa there is a large furnished terrace with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a ping pong table, a trampoline, a dining area, a lounge area, a swing chair, and a barbecue. A private secured parking place for 3-4 cars is just 40 meters away.
Local restaurants, bars, and a grocery store can be found within walking distance. The charming cities of Omiš and Split, as well as the Cetina river, are a short drive away. There are many fun activities on the Cetina river, such as rafting, zip-lining, kayaking, hiking, and several cycling routes. You can also take the ferry to the island of Brač.
