Villa Sylvia is located on a quiet 1000 square meter private plot in the hinterland of Omiš and Makarska. The villa consists of two separate buildings with beautiful views of the valley of the Studenci village. Sylvia has four spacious bedrooms and can accommodate ten guests. The villa is very suitable for a family with children or a group of friends looking for a peaceful vacation. The high-quality equipment includes for example a heated swimming pool and an entertainment area.
On the ground floor of the two-story main building, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and direct connection to the swimming pool area, as well as an entertainment room with a football table, a pool table, a dart board and Bluetooth speakers. On the first floor, there is a spacious and air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony with a view of the pool. There are also two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, a single person sofa bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a washing machine and ironing equipment.
On the ground floor of the second building, there is a well-equipped country kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with three single beds, a sofa bed, TV, PlayStation 5 console, and air conditioning.
Outside the villa there is a private heated swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, a lounge area, two swing chairs, a ping-pong table, a dining area, a barbecue and eight mountain bikes. The mountain bikes are freely available for the guests and there are good cycling trails nearby in the direction of Imotski.
A car is recommended, as the nearest grocery store is approx. 7 kilometers away and restaurant 10 kilometers away. The city of Imotski and its attractions, such as the blue and red lakes, are also within driving distance. The Cetina river offers fun activities such as rafting, and the historic city of Split and the charming town of Omiš are within driving distance.
