Villa Vilja

Villa Vilja is a cozy villa on a slope, and here you will enjoy your vacation in the peaceful village of Gornje Sitno, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The villa is located a 30-minute drive from Split, and the yard has a partial view of the city of Split and even the sea. The four-bedroom house comfortably accommodates eight people, and the villa is especially suitable for families with children, because in addition to the private swimming pool, there is a play area with a swing, a slide and a trampoline. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor of the 175-sqm villa has a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area combined with the living room. This floor has one en-suite bedroom with a queen-size double bed and views of nature and the pool area. In addition, there is one bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all of which have queen-size double beds. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and there is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a great view of the city of Split. The outdoor area has a large heated swimming pool and sun loungers to enjoy the summer days. There is also a a Softub Whirlpool outside. For the children, there is a playground with a trampoline, a swing and a slide. There are several comfortable seating areas in the garden, a covered outdoor dining area and a traditional barbecue area. There is parking space for three cars. There are two restaurants within walking distance from the villa. The nearest larger grocery store is about ten kilometers away, and it takes 20 minutes to drive to the beach. The popular hiking trail to Umberto Girometta mountain lodge starts 200 meters from the villa. The city of Split is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
