The luxurious Villa Prina is located on a peaceful 3500 m2 plot near Krka National Park and waterfalls. The villa has four bedrooms and consists of four separate buildings. The first building accommodates 4+2 guests. The building has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, air conditioning, a sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a utility room.
The second building accommodates 2+2 guests. The building has a spacious living room, air conditioning, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a washing machine in the hallway.
The third building accommodates two guests (+ 2 children). The building has a spacious living room/media room with e.g., a TV, speakers, a PlayStation 4 console, and a sofa bed (for 1–2 children). The building also has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a washing machine in the hallway. The fourth building has an air-conditioned spa section with an infrared sauna, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a lounge area.
Outside the villa, is a large, heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi attached, an outdoor shower, a spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, a barbecue, a separate toilet, and a small garden. The yard also has a parking space for six cars, a children's playground with slides and swings, and a fenced tennis court that can also be used as a soccer field.
The Krka National Park and waterfalls, as well as the Roški waterfalls, are about half an hour away. The beautiful harbor town of Šibenik is about 40 kilometers away and there are also the nearest beaches. Both Zadar and Split airports are just over an hour away.
