The stylish Villa Tonja is located in the village of Razvode on a 10,000 square meter fenced plot, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, and offers complete privacy. There are two separate, fully air-conditioned villas, as well as a winery and vineyard, where guests can taste and buy wines. Both villas have three bedrooms and comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. You can use a private heated swimming pool, a spacious room for wine tasting, a Finnish sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. In addition, the villa's yard offers opportunities for a wide range of activities, as there are mountain bikes, outdoor gym, petanque court, table tennis and children's play area.
The first villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for eight people. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a fireplace. The house has three bedrooms, the first of which has a king-size bed and access to a terrace with a pool table. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a washing machine. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has two single beds that can also be made into a double bed.
The second villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six people. The living room of this house also has a Smart TV and a fireplace. There are three bedrooms, and the first has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a washing machine. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double bed. In front of this villa is a covered terrace with a gas grill and outdoor dining area.
In addition, there are two other buildings, one of which has a Finnish sauna and a family bathroom, and in front of the building is a covered terrace, an outdoor dining area and a lounge area. The second building has a cozy wine tasting room and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
The huge yard area of the villa offers something to do for every day of the vacation. In the yard, you can relax in the large heated swimming pool or on the sun loungers around it or in the jacuzzi. For a more active vacation, there is an outdoor gym, ping-pong and pool tables, a petanque court, a children's play area, and four adult mountain bikes are available. In addition, the villa has its own winery, where guests can get to know and taste the wines produced there.
Villa Tonja is located in a peaceful environment, surrounded by vineyards, in the village of Razvode in the municipality of Šibenik-Knin. Several interesting sights are within a short drive, such as the Nečven Fortress ruins, Burnum Principum an archaeological site and the amphitheatre in Burnum is the only preserved military amphitheatre in Croatia, and several viewpoints overlooking the Krka river canyon. About fifteen minutes by car from the villa is the small town of Drniš, which has a few restaurants and grocery stores. The famous Krka National Park is located about half an hour's drive from the villa. Šibenik, 43 kilometers away, is the nearest bigger city, where you can also find the nearest beaches. Both Split and Zadar airports are less than 1.5 hours' drive away.
