Villa Lenita

Beautiful Villa Lenita is a fully air-conditioned holiday villa located in the Kaštel Novi area, close to the town of Trogir and Split Airport. The villa's four bedrooms can accommodate a total of eight guests. The yard has a private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the sea. The location of the villa is peaceful, but the nearest services are just around the corner. The ground floor of the house has a stylish living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two dining tables, one for six people and the other for four people. There is one bedroom on this floor that is equipped with a queen size bed, and there is a family bathroom next to this room. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a 200x200cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The fourth bedroom also has a queen size bed. The annex in the yard has a nice indoor terrace, which is like own tavern. Here, like in a traditional konoba, there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue (woods/charcoal), a dining area, bar counters, a dart board and a toilet. In the outdoor area there is a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, and next to them there are sunbeds and a cozy corner with a large sunbed. There is a ping pong table outside and in addition there is another ping pong table and a football table in the storage room. There is parking space for up to six cars. The villa is located in the village of Rudine, and the nearest grocery store and restaurant are only a few minutes' walk away. It is about 2.5 kilometers to the beach and less than a 10-minute drive to Split airport. You can drive to the beautiful city of Split in about half an hour and to Trogir in 15 minutes.
