Villa Beach Castle is located on a wonderful 600 m2 beach plot in the small village of Lokva Rogoznica. The villa's magnificent architecture and interior create a castle-like atmosphere for guests. The villa has three floors, a tower and four spacious double bedrooms. The villa can accommodate a total of eight guests and is suitable, for example, a family looking for a beach holiday. In addition to the beach, swimming pool and jacuzzi, the villa has a children's play area, among other thing.
The first floor of the villa has a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped professional kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a wellness department with a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a bathroom and sports equipment. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a TV. On the third floor of the villa, there is an office and two bedrooms with a TV and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom also has a balcony with a wonderful sea view. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Outside the villa there is a garden and a furnished terrace with a dining and lounge area. The steps from the terrace lead to a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The pool has wonderful sea views and direct access to the beach. The children's play area is also located nearby. The garden has Mediterranean plants, flowers and pine trees that provide plenty of shade on hot summer days.
A local grocery store, beach and restaurant are located right near the villa. The services and attractions of the villages of Omiš and Lokva Rogoznica, as well as the cities of Makarska and Split are located a short drive away.
