Villa Bonaca

Villa Bonaca is a traditional stone house that sleeps up to eight guests with its three bedrooms plus a sofa bed. The villa is located right by the sea and the beautiful harbour of Sumartin, on the island of Brac. The villa has three floors and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the highest floor of the villa and has a double bed and access to a private bathroom. A separate toilet, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom are located on the middle floor. On the ground floor are a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with exit to the terrace. From the terrace and garden the guest has a lovely view of the sea. There are sun loungers, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area. The villa is an excellent option for friends, families or couples looking for accommodation in the center of Sumartin. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the house, and there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
