Villa Lovrec is a lovely holiday villa in the hinterland of Makarska, in the small and peaceful village of Lovreć, near Imotski. The villa has a private swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a media room, and the large courtyard area has cozy lounge areas, including hammocks found in the shade of the trees. Accommodating eight people, this four-bedroom villa is partially air-conditioned. The villa is suitable for families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacation completely in their own peace, as the villa is surrounded by untouched nature, offering good opportunities for outdoor activities and a comfortable stay while enjoying complete privacy.
The ground floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. From the living room there is access to the outdoor dining area and the pool area. The common spaces are air-conditioned. There is a bathroom on the floor. The lower ground floor is accessed via both an internal and external staircase, and there is a fitness room with a treadmill, an exercise bike, and pilates and yoga equipment. Downstairs also have a football table and a garage. On the first floor of the villa, you can find all four bedrooms and one bathroom, which also has a washing machine. Two bedrooms and the hallway have air conditioning. All bedrooms have a queen size bed.
There is a private swimming pool outside of the villa, which is equipped with a hydro massage feature. There is also an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. The private, 2,000-square-meter plot has comfortable lounge areas, such as a large sun terrace with sun loungers and a sofa swing, and hammocks in the shade of the oak trees. There is also a summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue place. The organic garden grows seasonal vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini. In addition, there is a children's playground with swings and a slide.
The nearest village is a few minutes' drive away, and there you can find a bar-cafe, a minimarket and a doctor's clinic. The nearest restaurant is about 7 kilometers away. The villa's amenities also includes four bicycles to explore the neighborhood, and there are good outdoor and cycling routes in the area. From the peace of the countryside there is only half an hour's drive to the coast, where you can find wonderful swimming beaches and more services for example in Pisak. Makarska and Omis are also within easy driving distance.
