Pisciotto consists of two buildings, both one-story. Both buildings have a cozy interior. The main building has a bright living room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an ensuite bedroom with a double bed. There are three ensuite bedrooms with double beds in the annex next to the main building. Both buildings are fully air-conditioned.
The outdoor area of the villa is also very cozy and it is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There is a small swimming pool in the outdoor area, next to which there are a few sunbeds. Thanks to the spacious outdoor kitchen, meals can also be enjoyed outdoors. The outdoor kitchen has a grill, a dining group and a lounge area. The villa also has a roof terrace from which you can view the seascapes. In addition, there is a parking space in the outdoor area.
The villa is located in the small village of Marina di Modica, less than a hundred meters from the sea. There are several sandy beaches in the vicinity, the nearest of which is only about a kilometer away. It is also a short walk to the nearest services, such as a restaurant and a grocery store. Larger cities such as Modica, Ragusa and Syracuse are easily accessible by car.
