The house has underfloor heating and a floor cooling system that keeps the house cool even in the heat. In addition, the villa has books and fitness equipment for guests to use.
The villa's yard has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool with sunbeds and a parasol, a pergola, a large terrace area, a parking space and even a small area for playing petanque. The grill and dining table are on the terrace of the villa, from which there is a direct connection to the kitchen.

The nearest airports are located in Marseille and Nice. Marseille airport is an hour's drive away, and Nice airport is a couple of drives away. Direct TGV train connections from Paris CDG airport to Avignon have proven to work.
