Villa Giglia is a modern villa on the edge of the nature reserve of Torre Salsa, near Agrigento. Located in a quiet and sunny location, the villa is surrounded by a large natural park and its terraces have a wonderful view of the countryside and the sea. There is a private swimming pool in the yard and this four-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6+1 people, so it is great for a group of friends or a family.
The villa has two floors and access between them is via the stairs outside. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. From the dining area there is access to the terrace and pool area. On the first floor there is another kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as three bedrooms - one for two people and two for one person. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and has its own bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms have a single bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and a furnished balcony with a wonderful view.
The covered terrace area has an outdoor dining area and a lounge area. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds to relax and enjoy the vacation days. There is space for parking several cars in the fenced yard area.
Villa Giglia is ideally located to discover the nature and cultural heritage of southern Sicily. Just a few kilometers away are the beautiful beaches of Torre Salsa and Bovo Marina, Scada dei Turchi, Valle dei Templi Archaeological Park, Agrigento, Sciacca and Selinunte. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only a few minutes' drive from the villa.
