The outdoor area of the villa has a stylish stone terrace. The terrace has a dining group and a BBQ grill, so you can also enjoy your meals outdoors. In the foreground of the terrace is a swimming pool, next to which there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also an atmospheric outdoor fireplace in the yard. In addition, there is a parking space for up to six cars in the outdoor area. Three cars fit in the garage and three cars outside. A stone's throw from the villa is a beach and services. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are about a hundred meters away. The medieval town of Trogir is a couple of kilometers away. There you can find attractions, restaurants and shops. In addition you can drive to the larger city of Split in just over half an hour.
