Cozy Villa Vicina is located on the beautiful island of Brac, just a short walk from the sea. The villa's excellent location, a stone's throw from the water, combined with a short distance to services, as well as peace and quiet, makes this a great holiday home for families and friends. The house has three bedrooms and offers sleeping spaces for up to eight guests.
The villa is located in the picturesque village of Milna on the western part of the island. This 200 year old stone house has recently been renovated and equipped for holiday use. On the first of the villa's three floors is a cozy living room, a dining room and an open kitchen with access to a terrace. Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The third floor, or the attic, consists of a bedroom containing a large double bed and a smaller single bed. Additional beds for extra guests are available in Villa Vicina. In the sitting room is a pull out sofa (size 130 x 180 cm), and in the twin room one additional bed (folding bed, size 75 x 180 cm) could be put for a child up to approx. 15 years of age. Outside is a 15 square meter terrace which offers a beautiful views of the bay and the small harbor. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can fit two people.
The villa is built on a 600 square meter plot of fruit and olive trees on the grounds. On the lower terrace outside the house you can relax in a sun lounger next to the private pool. A couple of steps up lies a lovely patio with dining table and a stone oven. There is also a garden with toys and garden furniture. The center of Mlina is located a few hundred meters from the house and there you can find many cozy restaurants. Fresh seafood dishes are some of a specialty in the area and worth a try. The sea and the harbor are located just a hundred meters from the villa, but the nearest beach is a 1.5 km long walk along the coast. At your request, the owner can arrange a boat trip to the a secluded beach.
