Seaside villa Berta is located in the charming village of Brela, where you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The villa is high-quality and modern, and its amenities includes a heated swimming pool and a fitness room. The villa is crowned by a postcard-like seascape. Berta accommodates ten guests and is suitable for both families and groups of friends.
The villa consists of two floors. Downstairs is an open space with a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The room has large glass doors that make the room bright and allow access to the terrace. Downstairs there is also a fitness room. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The villa has five ensuite bedrooms, each with a double bed.
In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the Croatian sun while admiring the sea view. In the foreground of the outdoor area is an infinity pool, and there are sun loungers next to the pool. There is a BBQ grill and a dining set in the yard, so you can also dine outdoors. In addition, there is a parking space for three cars in the outdoor area.
Villa Berta is ideally located right next to the beach. There are a few grocery stores and restaurants near the villa. Makarska and Omiš can easily be reached by car in about half an hour. The larger city of Split is also easily accessible, as it is only about an hour's drive away.
