Teresa is a luxurious seaside villa in the village of Podstrana. The nearest services are only a couple of hundred meters away. The first floor of the villa has four bedrooms, and the second floor has the remaining three bedrooms. Each bedroom in the villa has a spacious double bed, an ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony. The villa's wonderful outdoor area is great for a relaxing holiday. There is a spacious heated swimming pool in the outdoor area, next to which there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. There is also a spacious sitting area in the yard. In addition, the yard has an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area for eating outside. The outdoor area also has a parking space for eight cars and a garage for one car. From the garden gate, you can conveniently go directly to the seashore to enjoy the crystal clear sea. It is also a short distance to the nearest restaurant and grocery store. A restaurant can be found a couple of hundred meters away and a grocery store 60 meters away. The charming center of Podstrana is three kilometers away. It is possible to enjoy several different activities near the villa. For example, there are good hiking and cycling routes nearby, as well as many water sports opportunities. In addition, the town of Omiš can be reached by car from the villa in 15 minutes and the popular Split in just over half an hour.
