Fali is a wonderful villa on the east coast of Sicily, near the town of Avola. The villa's location is excellent for exploring Eastern Sicily. The cozy villa is great for a relaxing holiday. Villa Fali has three floors. On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a small gym and jacuzzi. The middle floor is the entrance floor of the villa. There is a living room, kitchen, separate dining area, two ensuite bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. On the top floor is the last ensuite bedroom with a double bed.
The center of the yard is the pool area, where you can find sun loungers in addition to the pool. You can also spend time in the yard, for example, playing ping-pong. In addition, there is a playground for children. The outdoor area also has plenty of space for lounging for relaxation, such as a hammock, sofa groups and beanbag chairs. If you want, you can enjoy the outdoors while eating, because there is a BBQ grill and a dining set in the yard. In addition, the outdoor area is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The town of Avola can be found within a ten-minute drive from the villa. Avola has restaurants, shops and beaches, for example. The wonderful sandy beach is two kilometers away. It is also easy to visit other cities on the east coast from the villa. For example, you can drive to Noto and Syracuse in less than half an hour, and to Ragusa in just under an hour.
