The luxurious Villa Reina is located in the town of Makarska and you can spend a relaxing holiday there. Surrounded by greenery, the villa has a beautiful sea view. The villa has a beautiful interior and modern amenities. Villa Reina has a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi, to name a few. In addition, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The villa is divided into four levels. The villa has an elevator that provides easy access to all floors. On the ground floor you will find the villa's main entrance, two garages and a sauna. The first floor has a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also go to the pool area from the first floor. On the second floor there are two ensuite bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms also have access to the balcony. The third floor of the villa consists of the master bedroom. The spacious bedroom includes a double bed, a lounge, a bathroom and a private balcony.
The center of the outdoor area is a wonderful swimming pool. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the Croatian sun. There is also a jacuzzi on the terrace. In addition, there is a parking space in the yard.
The villa has an amazing location. The villa offers peace, but all necessary services can be found nearby. The nearest shops, restaurants and beaches are less than two kilometers away. The city center of Makarska is also only a 5-minute drive from the villa. From Villa Reina you can easily visit other cities and attractions in the region. For example, you can drive to the popular city of Split in less than an hour.
