Amar is a completely refurbished beautiful stone villa located in Zadvarje village. Villa has all modern conveniences for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Villa Amar has two bedrooms and it can accommodate 4-6 guests.
Interior of the villa is divided in two floors. Ground floor has a cozy living room with smart-TV and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor. Kitchen has dining area for 6 people and a traditional fireplace. This floor also has family bathroom and washing machine. From the living area, an interior staircase leads to the first-floor bedroom area. Both of the bedrooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms and balconies with amazing views to the surrounding area. One of the balconies has two chairs and a coffee table. Villa is completely air-conditioned.
Villa Amars outdoor space on the upper level features a heated private swimming pool which has a sundeck area with six deck chairs and a lounge area with a view of the garden. Garden has charming playground with two swings, sandbox and trampoline. There is a large one-hundred-year-old oak tree that provides shade behind the house and a small organic garden with seasonal vegetables. Below the pool, on the ground floor level, is a covered outdoor dining area with an electric barbecue, a refrigerator, and dishes. In the yard there is also a private parking lot for two cars. Zadvarje village 3 kilometres from the villa offers closest services and there is also weekly Tuesday local product fair in Zadvarje, which dates back a century. The biggest towns of Makarska and Omiš are approximately 40 minutes away from the villa. You're also only 20 minutes from the beautiful Brela beaches.
