Villa Rafal

Cozy Villa Rafal is situated near the city Pollensa on east of Mallorca. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery and Mallorca’s rolling landscape. With one bedrooms La Rafal fits up to three people. When entering Villa Rafal there is a spacious dining area. To the right you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed (suitable for a child up to 12 years old), armchairs and a TV. To the left you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, that also has a door through which you can enter the terrace. In the villa you also find a bathroom with shower as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The terrace is under a roof and goes along the northern and eastern side of the villa. The terrace is equipped with cozy garden furniture, a dining area and a hammock. There’s a pool in the garden, as well as loungers with a parasol and a barbecue. The garden is fenced. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area, but with the nearest city Pollensa situated only about a kilometer away.
