Elegant Villa Velna in situated close to the small town of Kaštel Lukšić. This villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, and one child in a smaller room. Villa Velna is a great option for families or friends who wish to stay near services and Split. Easy access to Split airport, as well as charming old towns of Split and Trogir makes this holiday home a comfortable solution for your Croatian holiday. The villa consists two floors. The ground floor has a stylish fully-equipped kitchen together with a dining area and a cozy living room. From the living room is a direct access to the terrace and pool area. Small play room with a convertible one person sofabed can accomodate one child. There is also a family bathroom featuring a shower. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, walk-in closet and balcony. Second bedroom has a double bed and a balcony. Third bedrooms has also a double bed. In the first floow there is also a family bathroom with a washing machine. The beautiful outdoor area has swimming pool with a shallow end perfect for children. Around the pool there is six sun loungers, outdoor shower, BBQ area with summer kitchen and shaded outdoor dining area for lovely dinners in the warm evenings. Outside there is also toys for children and a swing. The location of Villa Velna is perfect, closest supermarkets and restaurants/cafes being just a short walk away. Closest beaches can be reached with only 5 minutes drive. It's a great choice for an easy holiday with family or friends.
