This welcoming and appealing villa with private pool offers beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. A covered terrace outside is ideal for alfresco dining, and a balcony along the house provides stunning views of the lake. On the same floor, a few steps down, you’ll find a study and 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, separate bathroom with shower. The lower floor, accessing the pool area, has a second smaller kitchen, perfect for a quick snack and of course to keep the prosecco cold at the pool! The sleeping area on this floor has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and bathroom with tub and overhead shower. The garden grows on the sloping hill surrounding the house, offering a variety of vantage points for taking in the views of the lake and Angera’s castle “La Rocca”. The swimming pool is the perfect haven on warm summer days and is flanked by a covered patio with sunloungers and poufs. The villa is situated uphill in a quiet residential area of Dagnente, at about a 3 km drive down to the lakeside village of Meina. The charming town of Arona is located at 4 km with a beautiful promenade along the lake and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona’s railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan. Only 16 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible in this region: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.
