Villa Helios is a newly constructed villa of 180 sq.m located near Heraklion, the capital of the island, on a hillside bay overlooking the most wonderful northern Cretan coast near Heraklion. It provides breathtaking views of Agia Pelagia, Ligaria and Made port. The villa is comprised of three levels, and it can host up to 5 people.
On the ground floor there is the Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom and the luxurious open space living room & kitchen area. The bedroom is designed and furnished to offer you relaxation & comfort and is equipped with natural full latex anatomic mattresses & bedding to offer the ultimate sleeping experience. On the first floor there is a spacious jacuzzi hot bathtub, ideal to relax while enjoying the astonishing view of the coastal line and the surroundings. It provides air massage to complete the feeling of seclusion and luxury which completes the overwhelming experience. On the floor below there is the second bedroom with a private bath and a sauna. The bedroom ensures privacy and has an exclusive view of the coastal line. As in the bedroom on the ground floor, the furniture and the equipment offer unparallel luxury and comfort. Wireless Internet is offered throughout the premises along with a music set and satellite TV’s to service all your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare anything you wish.
The external of the villa consists of a beautiful terrace with stone walls with a dining area & shower. The unique element though is the breathtaking heated infinity private pool overlooking the northern beaches. There is also a private, secure parking area for the guests of the villa with a remote-controlled entrance gate. Villa is amphitheatrically located at the hillside, only 20kms away from Heraklion. Location provides breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the coasts of Agia Pelagia, Ligaria, Made port and the famous Dia Island. The nearest beaches are Agia Pelagia, Ligaria, Made, Palaikastro, Pantanassa and Helidoni Beach, all within a few minutes driving. They all are well organized with sunbeds, umbrellas and at the largest ones there are supermarkets, restaurants, convenient stores, and pharmacy. A little further away is Gazi and Ammoudara beach, one of the longest sandy beaches in Crete with a length of 6 Km. Needless to mention Ammoudara provides all the amenities necessary for a day of relaxation or watersports and a vibrant night.
