The top/4th floor of the four-story villa is home to the main entrance of the villa, as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to a sea-facing terrace with terrace furniture and a jacuzzi for relaxing moments. On the third floor are the villa's four other bedrooms with sea views. One of the bedrooms has two single beds (can be combined into a double bed) and three of the bedrooms have double beds. On the second floor is the villa's spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen with an island. This floor is the heart of the villa, where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. Large glass doors also open to the villa's terrace and pool area. On the lowest floor there is the villa's wellness area with a sauna and fitness equipment. This floor also has a billiard table and a small kitchenette.
The villa's outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The infinity pool, crowned with beautiful landscapes, is equipped with a counter-current swimming program, a waterfall and a separate massage area. The pool is surrounded by eight sun loungers and palm trees. The terrace also has an outdoor dining area and a gas grill, where it is perfect to spend warm evenings together grilling and dining. The villa's private parking area is located on the top floor and is video-surveilled. There is parking space for six cars, two in the garage and four outside.
