This recently renovated villa is located right next to the sandy beach of Port de Pollensa on northeastern Mallorca. When entering the villa you step into a combined living room/dining room/kitchen. The living room is comfortable with large sofas and flat screen TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dining table. There are five bedrooms and eleven single beds in total. The villa is air conditioned throughout. Villa Alemanya is located right next to the beach. You enter the villa and its front yard through a gate. There is parking space for up to three cars in the front yard. Stairs on the side of the house lead up to a sun terrace with amazing ocean view. You access the backyard through patio doors in the dining room. The backyard is surrounded by a wall to ensure the guests’ privacy. In the backyard you will find a partly covered terrace that is furnished with a outdoor dining table, a pool surrounded by loungers, a barbecue and a external bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Villa Alemanya is located in Port de Pollensa right next to the beach and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Pollensa golf course is a 15-minute drive away and if you wish to visit a larger city you reach Mallorca’s second largest city Inca in 30 minutes and Mallorca’s capital Palma in an hour.
