Located by the sea outside the city of Alcudia on northeastern Mallorca is Villa Sa Marina. This villa has an excellent pool and backyard and is a great Mallorcan holiday villa. With is three bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to six people.
Sa Marina is a two story villa. Downstairs you will find a well equipped kitchen with a dining table and a small TV area, a large living room with sofas, TV and a second dining table, as well as a separate small toilet. The large living room has patio doors which flood the room with light and offer views to the terrace and pool. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of them are double bedrooms and one is a twin. One double bedroom has en-suite and its own private terrace. There is also a separate full bathroom on this floor.
The backyard is surrounded by a wall to ensure the guests’ privacy. In the backyard you will find a covered terrace that is furnished with a outdoor dining table, a pool surrounded by loungers, a barbecue and stairs that lead up to the upper terrace. Sa Marina is located outside the city of Alcudia just by the sea. The city of Alcudia and all of its amenities are less than three kilometers away. Port d’Alcudia and its fourteen kilometer long sandy beach is only four kilometers away.
