Villa Alegria

Villa Alegria is a lovely country house located outside the town of Pollensa on northeastern Mallorca. Alegria has something to offer both for parents and children and is thus the perfect villa for family holidays. With its three bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to six people. Alegria is a two story villa. Downstairs you will find a modern, well equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with sofas in front of a fireplace. One twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower are also located downstairs. The two remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. One is a twin and the other is a double. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside in the well kept garden you will find a partly covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining tables, ideal for al fresco dining. Next to the pool there is a pavilion with loungers and in the lovely garden you will also find a trampoline and swings, perfect if you are travelling with children! Despite the quite location on the countryside the city of Pollensa with all its amenities is only about three kilometers away. Approximately a 10-minute drive from the villa you will find the sandy beach of beautiful Port de Pollenca as well as the Pollensa golf course. Tourist License Number: VT/0529
