Villa Alma

The three-storey villa Alma is located by the ocean in the peninsula of Tróia, just 300 meters from the beach! The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and is within six kilometers of a golf course, a casino, a spa, restaurants, a supermarket and bars. On the villa’s lowest floor is a large game room with a pool table, tennis table and foosball. There is also a TV, a kitchenette, a barbecue and a bathroom. Moving up on the ground floor above you will find a large kitchen and an open space with living room, dining area, a bar and an exit to the pool area. The ground floor also has a toilet, a bathroom with tub and shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The top floor consists of a gym, a bathroom, and three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The large swimming pool outside is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is a also a smaller pool for children, and a dinner table for outdoor dining. There is a small grocery shop and restaurant with light meals within walking distance of the house. The quietness of this place, the short distance to the beach, its clean waters and the local community of dolphins make this a unique spot in Portugal.
