Villa Rosali

This elegant stone villa has room for 12 people and is located on the outskirts of Monterchi, a small village in Tuscany. The garden and surround 25 hectares of land are filled with centuries-old oaks, cypresses and pines, where natural hiking trails have been created for guests to admire the typical flora and fauna of this corner of Tuscany. Villa Rosali is decorated with original furniture from the 20th century, which combined with other modernities create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The ground floor offers a cozy lounge with armchairs and a table with chairs for groups of 12 people. There you can watch TV, listen to music or just enjoy the warmth from the fireplace. On the same floor you have a large, well-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, as well as a laundry room. The second floor has a smaller kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and a balcony with stunning panoramic views. On the same level are also four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the third and highest floors are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the garden on one side of the villa is a dining area under a beautiful pergola decorated with moscatello and canaiola grapes. A lovely pool area is located in the lower part of the plot. By the large swimming pool you have sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, table and chairs. It's no problem to sit outside and enjoy a warm summer evenings as the garden and pool area are beautifully lit at night. This villa is a unique place, great for larger parties.
