Villa Marciano

This villa is located in the heart of the Chiana Valley and is an ideal holiday destination for larger groups. The villa has room for up to 18 people, and offers a large garden with a private swimming pool. Ideal for rest and relaxation, the villa is also strategically positioned to reach the most important artistic cities of central Italy: Rome, Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, and Siena. On the ground floor of the villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table for 20 people, a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The upper floor consists of two separate wings, and each wing has a separate entrance through an internal staircase. The first wing comprises three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The second wing has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two smaller living rooms with sofa beds that can sleep a total of four people. Next to the main villa is a small guesthouse that is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a corner kitchen and a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside the house there is a terrace with dining table where guests can enjoy a lovely dinner. The villa is surrounded by a two-hectare garden with meadows, olive trees and a natural wood of ash, oaks and old cypresses. Guests can enjoy a fenced pool area with sun loungers, parasols and a swimming pool. The nearest shops are located in charming Marciano della Chiana, one kilometer from the villa.
