Villa Pace is located on a hilltop east of Cefalu, with breathtaking views over the sea. It is set in a pretty garden with twisted olive trees, where guests can enjoy a private pool and a terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The style of the whole property feels modern yet relaxed, with its whitewashed wooden beams and neutral shades which provide the perfect backdrop for simple, contemporary furnishings, just right for laid back holidays in the sunshine.
The villas consists of an attractive stone house and two separate wooden clad annexes. The stone house has a kitchen with a small dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The first annex consists of one double bedroom and a bathroom. The second annex has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Although the property can accommodate up to 8 people we prefer to rent this villa for a maximum of 4 guests in the low season outside the summer months as we feel the inside space would not be comfortable for a larger party when the outdoor temperature is cooler.
The garden outside has a lovely private pool and terrace with sea views. Designed for summer living, an outside kitchen and large covered terrace with a dining table set the scene for meals with friends and family. Furthermore, the buzz of a Cefalu is just a short drive from the villa with its pretty medieval center, restaurants, shops and long sandy beach. The closest restaurants can be found 3 kilometers away in Sant Ambrogio.
