Villa Noa is a magnificent three-story house located three kilometers from central Dubrovnik. This villa is an excellent choice for families and friends who enjoys sunbathing and swimming, as there are both a private pool and a beach close at hand! The villa can sleep up to nine guests all year round.
The villa consists of five bedrooms. There are also three bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a lounge and a wine cellar. The house has been recently renovated and the Mediterranean-style interior, combined with modern amenities, provide guests with a moody and relaxing seaside holiday.
Outside the villa is the beautiful pool lined with sun loungers and palm trees. There is also a dining area, a barbecue and a lovely seating area where guests can relax and enjoy the shade. In Dubrovnik's city center there is much to experience, from cultural and historical sights to restaurants, shopping and the crystal clear sea along the coast. From the old town you can catch a boat to one of the beautiful islands in the area.
