Villa San Martino

San Martino is a beautiful country-style villa located on the Casali in Val di Chio farm near the historic town of Castiglion Fiorentino. This place is a true Tuscan experience! The villa has four bedrooms and a loft and can therefore accommodate up to twelve people. Originally built in the early 1800s, the house is a typical example of a Tuscan farmhouse. The villa consists of a main house and a one-bedroom annex. The main house is beautifully decorated in rustic style and really well equipped. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility room. Stairs leads you to the upper floor where you will find the villa’s bedrooms. All are spacious double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a cozy loft with two twin beds. Thanks to its location, the villa offers a great view of the surrounding hinterland. The house is surrounded by a well-groomed garden with cypress trees, flower beds and lawns. The private swimming pool (10x5m) is in a sunny location, with views over olive groves and forests. Next to the pool you will find a barbecue and a dining area.
