Marta is an unique villa situated between Arona and Meina with private pool and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. This villa can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families and groups of friends. The villa is only four kilometres away from the charming town of Arona with its beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants.
On the main floor is a spacious and bright living room with dining table, comfortable couches and open fireplace. It is stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences such as satellite TV, wireless internet, and DVD player. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the main floor is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and other one with shower and Turkish bath. On the first floor are two further twin bedrooms (beds can be joined together) with air conditioning and also a bathroom with shower.
The house is set in an elevated position with impressive views over Lake Maggiore. Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with table and chairs, a lovely garden with landscaped lawn and a swimming pool (4.5 x 9m) with sun loungers. Covered parking space is also available for the guests and the property is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate. From the charming town of Arona you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona’s railway station connects directly to the centre of Milan and only 15 kilometres away is Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands.
