Villa Plemmirio is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is located in the south of Syracuse, in the heart of the area of the Plemmirio marine reserve. The property, situated just a few steps away from cliffs and the sea, is surrounded by a well-kept garden with large well-equipped terraces and a splendid swimming pool set in the rocks. The villa is tastefully furnished and fitted with all modern conveniences. Villa Plemmirio consists of a main building and an annex. The first floor has a separate entrance and here you will find a spacious living / dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - as well as a bathroom with shower. The annex is located in the garden and consists of two ensuite bedrooms with double beds and a patio. From the first floor in the main building you can access the main terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you will find a splendid swimming pool. The villa is situated only a few steps away from the sea and it’s also an ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches of Fontane Bianche and Cala Mosche, as well as the evocative baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla.
