Villa Violet

Villa Violet is a spectacular waterfront property located outside Sumartin, on the picturesque island of Brac. Newly constructed on three levels, this holiday villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. The house is luxurious and elegant, and with its four bedrooms it can accommodate up to eight people. The two master suits can be found off the main entrance hall on the upper level. Both benefit from full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, en suite bathrooms and large, private balconies. The middle floor has a spacious and bright living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The living area has access to a large terrace. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. On the lower floor are the other two remaining bedroom suites. These bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area. Guests enjoy the comfort of a separate office room, a sauna, a steam room, a gym and air conditioning. The outdoor facilities include a beautiful pool with sun loungers. The terrace also has a BBQ grill where you can prepare local delicacies. The villa has a mooring for visiting boats, and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis, allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.
