Luxurious and modern villa Paradise is located in a quiet street. It has breathtaking view over La Concha mountain and Las Brisas golf course. The villa is within a short drive to the Puerto Banus marina, surrounding beaches, restaurants etc. It can accommodate 10 guests.
Villa is build on 3 levels. Ground level has entrance hall with guest toilet, bright living room and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. On the left is a fully equipped kitchen, on the right there are 2 twin bed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Upper floor consist of master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large east facing terrace. Lowest level has 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds with en suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room, bathroom, entertainment room and a small fitness space.
Paradise villa's garden has a private swimming pool with sunbeds. On the terrace there is a Barbeque where you can prepare local delicacies. The property has place for parking.
