Cozy villa Campanilla is located in Nueva Andalucia, a 30-minute drive from Marbella town. Near by there are shops, restaurants and cafés. Sunny days can be spent also at golf courses, beaches and Puerto Banus harbor area. The villa is ideal for a friends, families and especially golf enthusiasts. The villa can accommodate 6 guests.
The villa is built on two levels. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with direct access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. One bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a TV room with access to the terrace where you can admire the La Concha mountain landscape.
Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. On the terrace is place for BBQ evenings. There is also a small pool house with toilet, shower and washing machine.
