Villa 1913

Villa 1913 is a spectacular 9+2 bedroom holiday home, located in the village of Mandello del Lario on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The villa was built, as the name suggests, in 1913, and was completely renovated in 2013 with the elegant and traditional elements intact. Today, the luxurious villa is ideal for private holiday use, special celebrations, and corporate trips. When you enter the villa, you first arrive in the magnificent lobby with a ceiling height of almost four meters. On the villa's ground floor are a large kitchen, a dining room, two separate living rooms, two bathrooms, one bedroom and a studio with a sofa bed. On the first floor there are five bright and elegant bedrooms, as well as three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have an exit to a beautiful balcony. On the second floor is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. In addition to the main villa, guests are welcome to use an annex where there are two bedrooms, a room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining area. Outside the villa there is a wonderful, furnished terrace. The lovely garden surrounding the house invites you to relax in a natural environment with a variety of trees and plants, lawns and mountain views. In the garden there is also a wonderful pool area with a private swimming pool and sun loungers. Within walking distance of the villa there are all necessary services from grocery stores to restaurants and pharmacies. The beach at Lake Como is also just a five minute walk away.
