This is a sunlit family-friendly villa with private pool in Ranco at Lake Maggiore. This villa (320 m²) offers 5 bedrooms for up to 9 people in a bright and comfortable interior. The villa has a beautiful garden at the front of the house and great views over the lake. There’s a plenty of activities around the village, so both friends and families with children can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this villa. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with sofas, TV and access to the poolside terrace. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with TV and a lovely conservatory (air conditioning available) with table, terrace and TV which leads out to the garden at the back. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with double and single beds, a bedroom with one single bed (120 cm), and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, at the front of the villa, is a nice relaxing terrace with views over the pool and the lake. Two bedrooms open out onto this terrace: one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with bunk bed. At the back on the house is a bedroom with a small double bed (140cm) and one bathroom with tub. On the lower floor is bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The garden (2000 m²), at the front of the house has views over Lake Maggiore. It has a covered terrace and wooden decking with sun loungers surrounding the heated pool (3.4 x 6.7m). The back of the villa is a haven of peace with a nice green lawn bordered by tall, thick hedges guaranteeing your privacy and a relaxing family vacation. The villa is situated within walking distance (500 m) of the centre of Ranco, a small laid-back village with a lakeside bar, pretty harbour and children’s playground.
